WRO on Tour #3

on/off exhibition at Tetramatyka
Museum of Ethnography, Lviv
Oct 4-20, 2019

This presentation is as part of the on/off exhibition.

A look at man and their life environment. The top view, in which macro-geometric landscapes are scaled, jiggling between aesthetic abstraction and the information filled with the precision of big data. A close-up view in which private space struggles with the system of power and the resulting violence.

Visual treatments, the way of framing, editing and composition provide aesthetic satisfaction and informative knowledge about our relations with the immediate environment – private, social, cultural and cultivated landscape. These changeable relationships in which our agency is both worn and over-strengthened are framed by the present and the speculative post-human future.
